Birthday gift sketches for . 

Gonna lower the opacity of the rough sketchy layer and update the image, too much rough lines in the way. 

The hair had me though, so I just left the elongated dorsal fin which kinda mimics hair, I also included a secondary skin pattern as the spotted moray pattern.
